Watch the drip pattern.
You know when it's pouring rain, and you're about to run out in it, and you're going to have to pass through a curtain of drips coming off a ledge? Well, watch the drip pattern, and you'll be just fine.

Only in Alabama, part 1
I wish I had been brave enough to whip out my phone and take a picture of this. While waiting on my muffin and coffee in Panera bread the other day, I noticed a man "of a certain age" (can men be "of a certain age"?), in shorts, fixing his coffee. He moved with a slight limp, which prompted me to look at his legs. Well, his legggguh. Singular. He had an artificial leg -- but it didn't look like a leg. It was just a metal rod with a shoe on the end. And some kind of prosthetic where it attached to his upper (real) leg. This prosthetic was covered in an organized pattern of University of Alabama logos. Not like stickers. Like this was the material the prosthetic device was made of. Yes. Only in Alabama. (War Eagle!)
